The comments that we leave when resulting calls are one of the MOST important parts of what we do. These let anyone else who looks at this record know what happened on that call, even without looking at your result code or searching through tabs to see if there were appointments scheduled or preferences updated. It is vital that you include the relevant information, but are also succinct, not including too much detail.
