Named for the Southern Virginia region that both hospitals have called home for a combined 177 years, SOVAH Health serves a 7-county region 
across southern Virginia and northern North Carolina. Its Danville and Martinsville campuses employ more than 2100 staff, have more than 200 
physicians on active medical staff and serve more than 100,000 patients of all ages each year.

 

The Sovah - Blood Donor Center is located in the Professional Building near the hospital and is a fully accredited center providing lifesaving donations to patients in the hospital.
