Call Back Scheduling Procedures

The Call Back Scheduling Procedures tell us when to schedule Donors to be called again.  If you haven't printed it already, please open it on the DR Intranet and print ASAP.  You will use this on every shift, it is extremely helpful.

The Call Back Matrix/Scheduling Procedures are located on the Donor Recruiter Intranet  (8th Link = Call Back Matrix/Scheduling Procedures). Reminder... there are 3 tabs along the bottom of this document. Not ALL 3 tabs will be used at this time; however, all 3 tabs should be printed for future reference.
