The Donor Recruiter Intranet (DRI) is a vital resource that you will use every single shift.  This module will cover the basics of utilizing this tool.  Please spend as much time as you can practicing navigation and finding the information you're seeking.  It's essential that you are able to find the information you need for a Donor when you are on the phone!

 

This module begins with a screen share introduction to the DRI followed by an activity.  Be sure to have your DR Intranet Tab open, so when we're done, you can test out what you learn.
